1. Αγορά προϊόντων

During the purchase and the completion of the order, the user is guided step by step by the automatic instructions of the system. The order will be archived. Upon completion of the order, a message will be sent to the user via email confirming receipt of the order. The STORE also has the right to contact the user by phone to confirm the order. If during the execution of the order an error occurs with the responsibility of the STORE, the latter has the obligation to correct the error. In any case, the user, before completing the order, will be able to check the order and correct it.

The prices listed next to each product as the final price ("Our price") include the respective legal VAT. Shipping prices do not include shipping costs. The total cost (including shipping costs) is confirmed upon completion of the order.

3. Αποστολή–Διαθεσιμότητα Προϊόντων

Shipments will be made to the place indicated by the customer with one of the available shipping methods chosen by the customer during the purchase process. As long as the ordered product is immediately available in our warehouses and unless there are other reasons that force us to temporarily or permanently suspend the sales of a product, an effort will be made to ship in 24-72 hours.

4. Επιστροφές Προϊόντων

In cases where, with proven fault of the STORE, the product sent to the customer does not correspond to the product ordered (error in receiving the order, pricing, shipping, etc.), the customer has the right to return the product itself or the next working day of delivery. The product must be in excellent condition, not used and its packaging must be intact, ie without being unsealed or tampered with. In these cases the STORE bears the shipping costs for the return of the product to its headquarters as well as the shipping costs for the replacement of the product, provided that the returned products are returned by the customer to the store in the same way and the same company transport which received them. In case the product is not returned the same or the next working day, then the STORE may not accept any return.

Στις περιπτώσεις που, με αποδεδειγμένη υπαιτιότητα του ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑΤΟΣ, το προϊόν που απεστάλη στον πελάτη παρουσίαζε ελάττωμα (λειτουργίας ή ποιότητας) ή ήταν κακής και ελαττωματικής ποιότητας (κατεστραμμένο κατά την μεταφορά, κ.λ.π.) ο πελάτης οφείλει είτε εξ αρχής να μην αποδεχτεί την παραλαβή του προϊόντος είτε, αφού έχει παραλάβει να επιστρέψει το προϊόν την ίδια ή την επόμενη εργάσιμη ημέρα της παράδοσης. Σε κάθε περίπτωση το προϊόν πρέπει να επιστρέφεται στην κατάσταση που παρελήφθη από τον πελάτη, πλήρες και χωρίς περαιτέρω φθορές και η συσκευασία του προϊόντος να είναι αυτή που κανονικά συνοδεύει το προϊόν. Στις περίπτωσεις αυτές το ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ αναλαμβάνει τα έξοδα αποστολής για την επιστροφή του προϊόντος στη έδρα του καθώς και τα έξοδα αποστολής για την αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος. Σε περίπτωση που το προϊόν δεν επιστραφεί την ίδια ή την επόμενη εργάσιμη ημέρα, τότε το ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ δύναται να μην αποδεχτεί την όποια επιστροφή.

Στις περιπτώσεις που το προϊόν που παραγγέλθηκε από τον πελάτη δεν ικανοποιεί τις απαιτήσεις του και το γεγονός οφείλεται αποκλειστικά σε λάθος εκτίμηση του πελάτη, τότε το ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑ δεν έχει καμία ευθύνη και και υποχρέωση για αλλαγή του προϊόντος.

Δικαίωμα Υπαναχώρησης

In each remote contract the consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days. The time limit starts for the goods, from their receipt and for the services from the receipt of the information, either by documents or by fixed means, informing the consumer that the contract has been concluded.

A necessary condition for accepting a return from withdrawal is that both the product and its packaging must be delivered to our store in their original condition, without the product packaging being tampered with, without being used the product, and of course without damage to itself or its packaging, which (packaging) should be in its original (factory) condition. Otherwise, our store has no obligation to accept the return or credit of the product. In this case, the return is always made at the expense and responsibility of the customer.

All products sold by our store are covered by the guarantee of their official dealer or official importer. The warranty period of each product may vary, depending on the product and the warranty policy of each dealership.

The product warranty in no case covers:

1. Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, incorrect connection, different voltage, short circuit, fire, high or low temperature, humidity, weather (lightning, flood, sun exposure, etc)
2. Consumables, such as batteries, soldering irons, lamps, etc.
3. Upgrades, modifications, improvements or developments that can be made to similar devices.

In any case, and due to the large volume of products different in nature, our company is always at your disposal to answer any questions you may have about the warranty policy of the product or products you are interested in, in writing, by phone or with anyone. other convenient way, as well as to inform you about the warranty provider, the warranty period, the repair period of the damage, as well as any other relevant information.
